Field Survey

Data collection exercise is the costliest and the most time consuming process of any research study. It is also the most critical process as the quality of results completely depends on the quality of data collected. The principle is – ‘Garbage In is Garbage Out’. No matter which data analysis software you use and which statistical technique you deploy, if the data is flawed, the results are bound to be unreliable. No wonder therefore that research companies world over greatly emphasize on the data collection process.

We realize the importance of information collected from each sampling unit and go all out to ensure the genuineness of data. We do not believe in stretching beyond the limits and do not rely on data collection agencies we haven’t worked with. Apart from our own field interviewers and supervisors, we have a well developed ‘Network’ of associates. Our relationship with these associates is proven and developed over a long period of time.

We allow close interaction between the field and the client. Thus ruling out any space for suspicion and speculation about what is happening on the field. This is apart from the usual quality assurance steps (accompany, back checks etc.) which are an integral part of all field survey jobs.

We aim at doing continuous business from a limited number of clients, rather than doing multiple projects for multiple clients. We adapt our working model to suit the requirements of our clients. We do not take up data collection exercises for third parties. Our projects are turnkey, where in we design the questionnaire, collect the data, analyze the information, and present the findings. Our business approach helps us to hone the skill of our manpower to match the client requirements. After the association is few years (or a couple of projects) old, we have a core team in place, that understands the business practices of the client, the products, the customers, and the organization. The very capable core team is ready to handle all external public interactions and business intelligence requirements of the client.
